WAC Consulting Group Current Status
The Group now has 19 offices with combined revenue of over $6,000,000, from New England to California to Florida. We sell and support a multitude of products including the following core applications:
Sage Pro, Sage Accpac, Sage Mas90-200-500, Sage Abra, Sage FAS, SAP Business One, TIW Alere, AccountMate, QuickBooks Enterprise, Sage CRM.
The Group also supports a number of other additional products including Accellos WMS, Industrios, Genius Manufactuirng, Coss Manufacturing, Data Self BI, Clickbase BI and others.
In 2008 we were named to the Sage Chairman’s Club, and Million Dollar Circle. The Chairman’s Club is an exclusive organization that consists of a dozen Sage partners selected for special recognition. We were named to the President's Circle both in 2009 and 2010.
Regular Partner Meetings
The Group has a bi-weekly conference call and a tri-annual 2-3 day meeting. We cover such topics as marketing, sales, product updates, help desk, best practices and other Group initiatives. The Group is now responsible for a $300,000 budget which covers a marketing group, a sales group, a help desk and infrastructure.
New Opportunities backed by intra-consulting Rates
We have also ttaken the time to learn enough about the other Partners' consulting and product expertise to be able to recognize new opportunities that weren’t open to us previously. We have an established Group intra-consulting rate and product sales revenue sharing plan.
Infrastructure
In 2008 we installed a common VoIP phone system and in April 2009 we launched a customer Help Desk. We coordinate this through a 50-user Sage CRM installation that all partners have access to.
