- What it does:
- Document your company's basic business processes, identify
- areas for improvement and assist the management team to
- define the business value in the areas of revenue growth,
- cost containment and productivity improvements derived
- from process changes.
While the WAC Needs Analysis is not designed to be an all-encompassing business review, it will cover what your team feels is not working and needs improvement.
Can you identify your key managers who have the most to gain from such an analysis? Can you designate a project manager for this project? If you answered yes to these two questions, then consider the following:
- We'll interview each key manager for 45-60 minutes each
- Your project manager will ask them to do some advance preparations that should not take more than 2-3 hours
- Once the interviews completed, we'll do the analysis at our offices
Since the analysis will be performed on the topics that your key managers have raised during their advanced preparations and interviews, it will be highly relevant to the business conditions at your company. See below examples of processes and topics that may be covered during our meeting:
